Sajjan Kumar surrenders after conviction in 1984 anti-Sikh riots case, sent to Mandoli jail

Former Congress leader Sajjan Kumar, who was convicted in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case, on Monday surrendered before the Karkardooma court in Delhi.
