Terrorism`s elimination precondition for survival of our region: S Jaishankar tweets after SAARC speech

Speaking of terrorism as a "deliberate" obstacles being faced in the region, he continued, "Ours is really not just a story of missed opportunities but also of deliberate obstacles. Terrorism is among them."
