Manipur polls: Congress slams CM Biren Singh over remarks on reopening liquor shops

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said that Biren Singh should apologize to the women of the Manipur, its social activists and social action groups, who are staunchly against selling of liquor, for his statement.
